Tiles we work with
Ceramic, porcelain, large-format panels, mosaics, finger and subway tiles, and natural stone such as travertine and marble. Each material needs its own preparation, adhesive and handling, and we plan the set-out before the first tile goes down so cuts, grout lines and focal points sit where they should.

Yes. Residential tiling quotes are free. Send your details through the quote form or call us, and we will provide a written quote once we have the information we need.
What tiling work do you take on in homes?
Wall and floor tiling in new homes and defined tiling scopes in existing homes: bathrooms and ensuites, laundries, kitchen splashbacks, living areas, hallways and entries, and suitable outdoor areas. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm whether it suits us.

What should I send with my enquiry?
Your suburb, the rooms or areas involved, approximate square metres if you know them, the tiles you have chosen (or the look you want), your timing, and a few photos of the current space. Plans help if it is a new build. Our quote preparation guide has a full checklist.
Do you supply the tiles?
Both arrangements are possible. Some homeowners buy their own tiles and we tile with what is supplied; others ask us to coordinate materials as part of the quote. Tell us which you prefer.
Does CoreStone hold a QBCC licence for residential tiling?
Wall and floor tiling is carried out under QBCC Trade Contractor Licence No. 15640273 (Wall and Floor Tiling), held by director Mohammad Jafari. The licence class covers wall and floor tiling. We also carry out minor waterproofing (jobs up to $3,300). Before quoting any residential job we confirm the scope sits within that licence.
