We provide a written quotation after reviewing your scope, drawings and site requirements — pricing is confirmed in writing, not published as a generic rate, because it depends on tile selection, substrate condition, area and access. Builders can send drawings and a scope through our tender enquiry form; homeowners can start with a residential quote request.

Not yet. CoreStone Tiling Group Pty Ltd does not currently hold a QBCC contractor licence. Our licensing process is in progress. Our director holds a Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, which is a trade qualification, not a contractor licence — see our Qualifications page for the distinction.

Both arrangements are possible. Some engagements are labour-only, tiling to materials already supplied on site; others include material coordination as part of the scope. Tell us which applies to your project when you enquire, and we will quote accordingly.

Not currently. Waterproofing is a licensed activity, and because CoreStone does not yet hold the relevant licensing, we do not offer or quote it. This will be revisited once the appropriate licence is confirmed.

We are based in Brisbane and consider suitable work across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and the Gold Coast. Sunshine Coast projects are considered based on scope and programme. See Service Areas for more detail.

Warranty and workmanship terms are confirmed in writing as part of your quotation or contract, because they depend on the scope of work and materials involved rather than a single blanket figure. Ask us for these terms as part of your enquiry.
